Vention Mini Pocket 4800mAh Charger Review

We have another Vention power bank to try out and this time, it's a smaller, compact, on-the-go type of charger - the Vention FHR Mini Pocket 4800mAh charger.

This charger has a built-in flip lightning plug and a USB-C side charging cable. I don't own Apple products that much now and I don't see the need for the lightning charger, I wished they made a USB-C version instead - and upon checking, they do have one. In retrospect, wished I had gotten that instead of this.

I like the small LED displaying the remaining power left. No more guessing what charge levels are still left when using or when charging. This is a small addition but adds value to the overall product.

This power bank can charge 3 devices at the same time. 4800mAh is not that big but can be useful if you just want to top off some of your small devices like Bluetooth headphones, smart watches, or small action cameras, etc.

For iPhones it can charge up to a max of 12w. For Android, it supports up to 22.5w max.

Specs:

Interface: USB-C/Lightning
Material: PC + ABS
Battery capacity: 4800mAh (3.7V/17.76Wh)
Input (USB-C): 5V⎓3A; 9V⎓2A
Output (USB-C): 5V⎓3A; 9V⎓2.22A; 12V⎓1.67A
Output (Built-in USB-C cable): 5V⎓3A; 9V⎓2A; 10V⎓2.25A; 12V⎓1.5A
Output (Built-in light ning cable): 5V⎓2.4A
Total output: 5V/3A

A smaller power bank with an ability to charge 3 devices at the same time is a useful addition to my daily carry. However, the capacity of only 4800mAh really makes it more of a top-up charger that won't replace your traditional bulky chargers - which Vention also has too.

Again, this is for iPhone users, if you're exclusively Android, get the USB-C version instead.
