When you buy gadgets like mp3 players and cellphones, chances are there’s already an included generic earphone in the box. But what do you do when you need to sport more performance and style from your regular buds? You just might want to check out Skullcandy.

1576315-2-4xI liked the comfort of wearing the Icon 2 which was a pleasant change from my cupped Steelseries 5H v2. While I don’t really prefer in-ear earphones - because I don’t like blocking background sounds, I found the Smoking Buds comfortable to use as well.

The Skullcandy Smoking buds retails for 1,750 pesos while the Icon 2 costs 2,000 pesos. Both are available in a variety colors.
