Microsoft has just showed the preview of what to expect on its new version of Windows Phone 8 coming later this year to new Windows Phones. Amidst the underlying code changes which will now utilize a shared Windows Core (Windows 8, Windows RT and Windows Phone), NFC support, new Wallet hub, SD card and new HD resolution support -- the new WP8 will also have a visual makeover with its new start screen.
The new start screen removes the the right negative space with the arrow and expands the live screens to fill the gap. It’s a nice evolution that we’ve come to enjoy on Windows Phones. There’s a level of customization and more flexibility with the tile-resize feature.
