Chris Pirillo made this video of his father using Windows 8. After watching the video, you'll really want Microsoft to return the Start Menu (for Metro) or at least offer a basic operation instructions after the initial boot. I hope Microsoft puts more visual cues for the hidden Start Menu and Charms bar.
